How to enable Watchlist alert for the Kiosk

To enable the Watchlist alert:

Note: the PassagePoint Services will need to be restarted for the new email template to begin sending. 

#1 Add the email notification for Internal Watch List Match Notification

1) Navigate to Home > configure system > Email Sever Setup > Templates > Select 'Internal Watch List Match Notification' > Click 'Add'

2) Fill in all required fields

3) To edit the "To:" click 3 times into the field

4) Then Drag and drop the watchlist fields from the "Database Objects" onto the email template. See screenshot.

#2 Enable the Watchlist alert for the Kiosk

1) Navigate to Home > configure system > Screen Policy

2) On the right side >> select the Screen Type 'Kiosk Screens"

3) Expand 'kiosk screens' > Expand 'Kiosk' > Select 'KioskForm' > Click "Edit"

4) In the Setting Details window under "Structure" > Select 'emailWatchlist' flag >> in the bottom left corner under Properties > Select 'visible' > set the value from "False" to "True" > In the top left under Setting Details, Click "Save"

5) Restart the PassagePoint Server Services
