The below two strings mean we can send two access levels at the same time (multiple access level support).

ACCESSGROUP1 -> $visit.currentTransaction.accessCardGrant.clearanceId
ACCESSGROUP2 -> $visit.currentTransaction.accessCardGrant.clearanceId2

Also CA4K system validate the access level with ID field only, so make sure correct ID is configured under PassagePoint system list

Does this string  'ACCESSGROUP2 -> $visit.currentTransaction.accessCardGrant.clearanceId2' send from the 2nd item in the access levels?

The user can send the access level as per what is configured under the PassagePoint system list only.
 
For example, suppose there are 5 access levels available in the CA4K system , and the same is configured in the PassagePoint system list.
Now the user can select any access level (from above 5) as per requirement while signing in from Rapid Registration, and if the user has enabled the Multiple Access Level dropdown in Rapid Registration, then the user can select up to two access levels from the list.
