Where to find the Driver's License Scanner Acuant SDK parser license

A scanner bought from STOPware comes with a Scanner Acuant SDK parser license. That license is married to the scanner and added to the machine.

When a scanner needs to move to a new machine or if passagepoint needs to move to a new machine, that license needs to be reset in order to be serialized on the new machine.

To get the license, on the current working machine, run Activation.exe as a windows Admin

Send this key circled in red to Support to be reset



***NOTE*** If this Activation key is blank, Using your phone, take a picture of the bottom of your scanner, clearly showing the serial number and send that to support.
