Transaction error rollback
The steps to reset IdInfo are as follows:
- Stop the PassagePoint Service.
- On the PassagePoint Server machine,
navigate to '<PassagePoint Installation
Directory>:\PPGlobal\Config' and open "Prefix.xml"
with any text editor (notepad or wordpad) and increase the
counter value and save the changes.
- For e.g If the counter value is
10158 then increase this to '11000'
- Start the PassagePoint services.
- Login to the PassagePoint Client with
an admin account.
- Navigate to Home> Configure System
> System Administration > Database Tools.
- Click the "Reset" button given on
the side of the 'Reset ID Info' option.
- A Message This operation will reset
id info files on server and all clients (when restarted) - Are
you sure?" should pop up with 'ok' and 'Cancel' button
- Hit 'OK'. This will show the
Success window again. Hit 'OK'.
- Restart the PassagePoint Service.
