Transaction error rollback

The steps to reset IdInfo are as follows:
  • Stop the PassagePoint Service.
  • On the PassagePoint Server machine, navigate to '<PassagePoint Installation Directory>:\PPGlobal\Config' and open "Prefix.xml" with any text editor (notepad or wordpad) and increase the counter value and save the changes.
    • For e.g If the counter value is 10158 then increase this to '11000'
  • Start the PassagePoint services.
  • Login to the PassagePoint Client with an admin account.
  • Navigate to Home> Configure System > System Administration > Database Tools.
    • Click the "Reset" button given on the side of the 'Reset ID Info' option.
    • A Message This operation will reset id info files on server and all clients (when restarted) - Are you sure?" should pop up with 'ok' and 'Cancel' button
    • Hit 'OK'. This will show the Success window again. Hit 'OK'.
  • Restart the PassagePoint Service.
