2080 -> Default Web port, to run PassagePoint Web Pre-registration on HTTP This is the default web port for PassagePoint web application. This is the TCP/IP port number on which PassagePoint will listen for non-secure connections for web page. You may choose to change this port if this port is already in use by some other application and we can share steps to change it. In layman language this is the port where the PassagePoint Web application runs on HTTP.

This port is also used for communication between client and server, it is the update port used between the PassagePoint client and server. When the the server is updated it will push the update via port 2080   

2443 -> Default Web SSL port, to run PassagePoint web on HTTPS This is the default secure web port for PassagePoint web application. It is the TCP/IP port number on which PassagePoint will listen for secure connections. Again you can choose to change this port. In layman language this is the port where the PassagePoint Web application runs on HTTPS.  

9876 -> PassagePoint server port This is the port on which the PassagePoint server runs. Please note that this is different from 2080, as 2080 is the web application port, whereas 9876 is the port on which each Desktop client connects to the PassagePoint server. Basically it's the data port.

9875 -> PassagePoint Client hardware port This is the PassagePoint client node port used to connect with the hardware added in the PassagePoint Client's Station Preference. The client internally uses this port to connect with the hardware (like printers, webcam, etc) attached with it.  

Other Ports:

8005 -> Default Tomcat shutdown port

8009 -> Default AJP port for Tomcat

1433 -> MS SQL port

9080 -> Default HL7 port (if configured)

2081 -> Rest API connector port (if configured)
