PassagePoint services.log

PassagePoint logs are requested from support from time to time to help troubleshoot issues

The main log requested from the server is th e"services.log" and is on the server in the logs folder:

\\PPGlobal\Tomcat\logs

***NOTE*** if you are a Hospital customer, this log may contain patient information and should always be sent via some encryption method
