No client license available message
No client license available message when logging in.
If this message comes up and login anyways you'll notice that you can only see the reporting and settings section, like below:
When all client licenses are taken up, PassagePoint features a freebie 'admin' license that allows 1 super admin to login which then allows entry into the configuration and reporting section. The idea is to allow a single admin into the application to do settings change and/or reporting without incurring a client license charge.
If you don't believe you've not exceeded the client license, review the client licenses against the active workstations
1) review licenses
Home > configure system > product licenses > take a count
2) Review the Active users report and take a count of the active users. If your user count is at or above your client license, you have exceeded your license count.
