How to turn on the Dashboard

The Dashboard runs on port 2081 and that port will need to be enabled i n the server.xml file 

Open Server.xml file with Notepad

open the file with Notepad, and search for 2081

Delete the comment tags (circled in red)

once removed it should look like this:

Save the file and restart services.
