How to move a badge from one passagepoint server to another

How to move a badge from one passagepoint server to another

sometimes it's useful to make changes in Dev, then move a badge to production.

PassagePoint Global makes this very simple to do by providing an "export badge/Import badge" feature.

1) In Home > configure system >Badge Designs > select and Edit the badge (most likely the "Default Badge")

2) In the badge template, hit "Export Badge", and save the badge template.

3) copy that badge template to the prod machine, and perform steps 1 and in step 2, select "Import badge", and select the badge you've just exported from step 2

4) Hit the Save Badge, and you're done.
