Navigate to Home> External Systems> Import Mappings

In the Setting Details: 

1) Enter the name of the import into the “Import Name” text field. 

In the Data Set: 

1) Select “Import Watch List” 

2) Select the “Watch Lists” from the dropdown list 

3) Select the “Threat Level’ from the dropdown list.

 In the File Format: 

1) Select your Column Separator from the dropdown list. 

2) Select “Column Enclosed by” from the dropdown list. 

3) Start Import with Row “0” (0 being the first line, if there is a header or multiple lines select from the counter as needed 

4) Photo Folder >> if you are also importing photos >> click browse… to select the folder containing the photos 

5) Duplicates select Skip 

6) Key Field >> under the “Column Mapping”, click ‘Add Column’ >> click on ‘Skip’ >> select “Watch List: MRN” a) Select “Watch List : MRN” for both Key Fields

Note: The key field is the unique Identifier that PassagePoint uses during the import process to match against. If it matches then PassagePoint will Skip the record, if it doesn't match then PassagePoint will import the record. 

In The Column Mappings:

1) Select at least the following Column Mappings – Watch List: Name (First), Watch List: Name (Last), Watchlist: MRN

2) Hit ‘Save’ button 

Restart passagepoint client.

Security Center > Click on the Import mappings and select the import mappings settings you’ve just created. > Click on Browse and select your Import file > click on Import
