How to set up the Sex offender search

How to set up the Sex offender search

The sex offender search is a licensed module within passagepoint and requires a license. 


1) First check that you have a valid license





2) Create the Sex Offender search External watchlist as follows:

home=>configure system=>External=>External watchlist=> hit Add, and add Exactly as per screenshot below, then save.





3) Highlight the sex offender search watchlist you've just created and  Click on "Default"




now quit your client and restart your client, and test.





If you do not have the sex offender search button, you'll need to enable it using the screen policy

Edit the Rapid Registration screen




To enable, find "SexSearch" in the left panel, then change visible (bottom panel) to "true", then save, as per screenshot below.





To have passagepoint autosearch, turn the "autoSearchOffender" to "true"





Make sure to have available ports open to the sex offender search DB
