If you are stuck in a loop on the Acuant driver installation follow the instructions below
open \ppglobal\.uninstaller (DOT uninstaller) there's two folders one has a dot in front.
open the ".uninstaller" and look for these folders "cssn" and "cssn-sdk"
if they are not there, create them.
if they are there, place these files into the .uninstaller folder
cssn.undeploy.properties into the cssn folder and rename it to "undeploy.properties"
cssnsdk.undeploy.properties into the cssn-sdk folder and rename it to "undeploy.properties"
