1) right click and run the driver executable as admin

2) after installing the driver >> navigate to windows > devices and printer > right click the 'certis b4' and navigate to the security tab > select everyone > check manage documents and mange this printer >> click apply and ok

3) Navigate to Advanced tab > Click 'Printing Defaults' at the bottom left > Select Page Setup > Click "New"

4) Give the Stock a name

5) enter width "1.94" and height "2.81" > click ok

6) login to PassagePoint with admin >> navigate to Home > station preferences > click "add" at the bottom > select 'Badge Printers" > Click "select printer" >> select the printer >> update the Paper size to the stock you created in step #4 >> update the orientation to "landscape" >> click "OK"

7) Test print

If you are having issues printing you may also need to calibrate the printer.
