Add multiple hosts/visitors to the email template

Add multiple visitors into the Host Email Template


  1. Go to Home> configure system> Email Templates

  2. Edit the Email template and include "Visitor Repeat Start" before the visitor first name and last name followed by "Visitor Repeat End" 

  3. After updating the template, please make sure to restart the "PassagePoint Server" services for the changes to take effect.

Visitor: Name (First) Visitor: Name (Last)

Visitor Repeat End




Add multiple Hosts into the Email Template


  1. Go to Home> configure system> Email Templates

  2. Edit the Email template and include "Host Repeat Start" before the Host first name and last name followed by "Host Repeat End" 

  3. After updating the template, please make sure to restart the "PassagePoint Server" services for the changes to take effect.
